4.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper16.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef2.25 serving Rice- Minute 10 minute Brown Rice1.0 cup Classico, Florentine Spinach & Cheese0.5 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blendGarlic, onion powder, salt, pepper
Directions
Clean and gut peppers, boil for 5 mins. Cook rice. Brown beef. Mix beef, rice, sauce, garlic and seasonings together with half cup water. Simmer for 5 mins. Stuff mix into peppers. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 30 mins.
