Healthy, Hearty, and Yummy Chili- Great for crockpot!

Ingredients
2 clove Garlic 4 cup Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp Chili powder .1 pepper Pepper, ancho, dried 3 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY) 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 3 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry .5 cup Lentils 1 cup Bush's, Black Beans 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Brown ground chuck with onions over medium heat. Rinse lentils, quinoa, and black beans. Strain excess fat from beef and put into crockpot, add rest of ingredients. Stir together. Set crockpot to low and allow to simmer for 4 hours. Add more salt or pepper to taste. Delicious on it's own or serve over gluten free corn bread! Eliminate beef and switch to veggie broth to make vegan friendly!

Serving Size: makes 10 large bowls of chili!
