Ingredients
.50 cup Fat free half and half 8 oz Fairlife Fat Free Milk 1 tbsp Butter - Smart Balance Omega Light 3 serving Asparagus Spears (7)Frozen Steams in a Bag (Sfwy) 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 8 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken 1 tsp Salt .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 2 tsp corn starch
Directions
saute mushrooms onions garlic in smart balance, add chicken cut up in small chunks, boil 1 frozen pack of asparagus spears until real tender, add water from asparagus to first ingredients, chop up asparagus in smaller pieces, i used little food processor, add to soup, add milk and half and half, cook slowly thicken with corn starch, add salt and pepper to taste
