turkey meatloaf burgers

Ingredients
Lean ground turkey1/4c frozen peas1/4c frozen spinach1small onion1 can condensed tomato soupgarlic powdersalt and pepperground mustarddried basil and parsley1/4c bread crumbs
Directions
mix all ingredients in bowl ,reserve 2/3 can of soup

once ingredients are mixed make into patties and place in a skillet over medium heat once the burgers have been flipped cover with remaining soup and cook untill meat is done..

I always serve with out bread with baked potato and steamed broccolli....enjoy

    One of my favorite recipes EVER! I made a couple of changes: I use healthy request, low sodium tomato soup and instead of using the soup on top of the patty, I use ketchup. I make this recipe almost once a week and I still can't get enough! YUMMY!! - 2/4/08
