Ground beef stroganoff and egg noodles

Ingredients
1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef 6 cup Egg Noodles, cooked and drained1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cup Water1 cup Sour Cream 1 pkg McCormick Beef Stroganoff mix1 pkg LIPTON ONION, Mix, Dry
Directions
Heat oil on medium high, add beef, cook until no longer pink. Stir in sauce packet and water. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
