Ingredients
15.0 tbsp Egg Whites - Great Value 100% Liquid4.0 cup Kroger Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach1.0 cup Nacho & taco cheese5.0 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Wisk 5 egg whites and 5 tsp of baking powder in a bowl. Defrost 12oz spinach and squeez all water out then pat dry. Add 1 cup of Nacho and taco cheese blend and mix all ingredients together. Pour into muffin tin make 6 muffins.
