Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.15 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 0.10 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 0.15 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.25 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Cook veggies first until tenders then pour in eggs. season with salt and pepper. Add cheese last.
