Ingredients
16.0 oz beef stew meat0.25 cup Flour, white0.5 tbsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf1.0 tsp Paprika1.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.5 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup3.0 cup diced Potato, raw4.0 medium Carrots, raw1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Cover, and cook on Low setting for 10 to 12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours.
