1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1.875 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes .25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2 cup Red Lentils (dry) 2 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar 5 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 7 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper (Powder) (by HALLVA) 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp Chili powder
Place in Instant Pot pressure cooker, set on manual for 17 minutes. After cooking, allow pressure to release naturally before opening. Serve over rice. Use less water if you would prefer it to be less soupy.
