Ingredients
Flour Tortillas, 1 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)Fried Egg, 2 largeSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Combine eggs, salt, and pepper. Whisk eggs and and pan fry. Move egg into tortilla, roll, and cut into six smaller pieces. Makes two servings.
