Ingredients
18.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.2 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen28.0 Grams Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Beat eggs, thaw frozen spinach. Combine in baking dish coated with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until middle is set and a fork stuck in comes out clean, then add cheese to top and put back in oven to melt cheese and finish baking completely, about 5-10 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 6 slices
