GF Gouda Cheddar Cheesy Macaroni

12 oz Tinkyada Organic Brown Rice Pasta - Penne or Shells1 cup Gouda, Shredded1 cup White Sharp Cheddar, Shredded1 cup Sour Cream 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning (red pepper, black pepper, etc)2 links Mild Italian Sausage
Preheat oven to 400.
Boil noodles according to package directions, drain.
Fry sausages & cut into slices.
In a large pot over low heat, mix all ingredients together until cheese is melty. Pour into a baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until top is golden.
