Low Carb Christmas Ball Cookies

Ingredients
2 stick Butter, unsalted 0.50 tsp Salt 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup, chopped Pecans 12 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 oz Kirkland Frozen Concentrate Orange Juice (1 serving = 2 fl oz, 8 fl oz prepared) 160 gram Nuts/Butters:Sunflower Seeds, Raw, Unsalted-11g=1 T. 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (1/2 cup=8 tbsp=1 serving) 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Combine Butter, sugar, flavorings. Sift flours and salt together. Add gradually to mixture. Add chopped nuts/seeds. Form dough into 1" balls, placed 1" apart on cookie sheet (they don't spread at all). Bake at 325 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar if desired (will add a carb or two.)

Serving Size: Makes about 70 1" balls - 3 cookies per serving
