Spicy Maple Baked Beans - Slow Cooker Crock Pot

4 cup dried navy beans. Soaked overnight and cooked until tender. 8 slices sliced turkey deli meat (or bacon)4 medium Onions, thinly sliced1 tbsp black pepper (leave out to make regular Maple Baked Beans)1/2 tsp cayenne pepper2 large 28 oz tins Diced Tomatoes, including Juice 4 tsp Salt 2 tsp dry mustard1 tsp dried thyme2 pinches ground Cloves 1/2 cup Molasses 1 cup Maple Syrup
Place half the turkey in slow cooker. Add half the onions and half the beans. Pour over one tin of tomatoes. Repeat the layers.
Combine pepper, salt, mustard, thyme, cayenne, cloves, molasses and maple syrup. Pour over beans.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours (high for 4-5 hours).
