Peanut butter cookies using PB2

Ingredients
16.0 tbsp Peanut Butter PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw12.0 tsp Splenda
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix PB2 and water to make 1 cup of peanut butter. And egg and mix, then add Splenda (1/2 cup). Drop by spoonfuls to make 12 cookies. Smash dough down just a bit with a fork dusted with a little flour or some Pam. Bake for 9-10 minutes I've not tried these yet using egg beaters, which would cut the calories a bit more. These are tasty cookies but you can add more or less splenda to suit your taste.
