30 gram Shallot per 10 gram (by GLENMANCHU) 2 clove Garlic 2 tsp Ginger Root 2 serving Capsicum green (1 medium) (by GOANNNA) 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 cup, shredded Cabbage, savoy, fresh 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ) 1 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) 1 tsp coriander, ground spice (by JAMARCIL) 1 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1) 1 serving fresh red chilli (by MITCHY9) 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
Directions
'fry' veg (not tomatoes) using 2 tblspns of water, add spices and cook for a couple of minutes without burning, add tomatoes and cook until vegis cooked
