Spanish Three Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans, rinsed1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed1 can sweet corn, rinsed2 roma tomatos, finely chopped5 sprigs fresh cilanto, chopped1 cup red onion, finely chopped2 Tbsp. red chili powdersalt to taste
Directions
Pour all of the beans and corn into a collander and rinse well. This is a critical step that will eliminate much of the sodium that can come in a bean salad recipe. Toss the beans into a large bowl and add in tomatoes, onion and cilanto. Add chili powder and salt to taste. Makes 12 1- cup servings
