Ingredients
2.0 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk9.0 tbsp liquid egg whites (great value)5.3 tbsp Agave Light Golden Nectar (Organic)0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a pot and cook on medium-low heat for 15 minutes whisking constantly to keep eggs from scrambling. After 15 minutes take the mixture off the heat and allow to cool. Transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in your favorite glass
