1.0 cup Olive Oil6.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh2.0 oz Mission Chicharrones Pork Rinds
Heat oven to 425. Cut up broccoli into small pieces place in bowl. Grind pork rinds up into fine oily crumbs. Put on a cookie sheet and cook for 15 minutes. Add to broccoli. Grind garlic only (no salt- there's enough salt in pork rinds) over entire bowl. Add olive oil over top and mix to coat. Roast for 25 minutes or until crispy.
