0.5 cup Butter, unsalted3.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.5 tsp Cloves, ground3.0 tsp Ginger Root1.0 tsp Baking Soda4.0 tbsp Honey2.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour24.0 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar
Directions
Mix everything, add flour last. Dough should be stiff. If it won't hold together add water. Chill dough for hour Roll out and cut shapes Cook for 15 min at 350 Serving Size: makes 12 cookies. 1 cookie is a serving
