Christmas quiche

Ingredients
1 piece (1/8 of 9" crust) Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake 12 oz Gimme Lean Sausage Style 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 large Hard Boiled Egg 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) can be healthier with mushrooms, green and red pepperless oil and egg whites
Directions
bake crust according to package
in oil, sauté onion and brown sausage (can add extra oregano and cumin here)
shred hb eggs and cheese - layer egg, sausage cheese, repeat, add egg beaters, bake at 350 for 45 minutes (up to 1 hour)
