Ingredients
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup milk-Silk Pure Almond milk (vanilla) 1cup=1serv 1 tbsp Coffee Creamer-Friendly Farms (ALDI) F/F Fr. Vanilla (by LUVLYLADY72) 2 tsp Imitation Rum Extract (by AEROBICSAHOLIC) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
Directions
Use a FROZEN sliced banana! Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. You can also use real rum if desired, but you will have to adjust your calorie count. I add extra nutmeg to the top once poured into a glass.
