Guacamole Dip

Ingredients
Directions
1 - whole Avocado (small)1/2 - large ripe Tomato, sliced1/4 - small onion, chopped1/2 tsp. - minced garlic1/2 tsp. - lemon juice
Scoop insides of avacado out and place into a food processor along with the lemon juice.
Chop tomato and onion into smaller pieces and place into food processor.
Then place garlic in processor.
Blend all together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with chips or bread.
