    1 Can chickpeas (drained)
    water from the can of chick peas
    drizzle of balsamic vinegar
    1 small cap of lemon juice


Less water can be added to make it thicker


Put drained chickpeas in blender/food processor/hand blender


add water

slowly add the balsamic vinegar and the lemon juice

Put in air tight container in fridge

Serving Size: Makes 2-3 servings
