Super scrumptious, spicy muffins! I got this off of Allrecipes.com, but omitted a few things, and added a few things to make it lower fat & calories, based on one of the reviewers who said they used less sugar and replaced the oil with applesauce.

Making applesauce couldn't be easier. Just 3 ingredients (probably ones that you already have on hand)! This recipe doesn't use sugar, because I find that it is not needed, but you could always add sugar to taste.
Low cal and def low effort to create this light snack for anytime, not just for over coffee
This dip/spread makes a nice change from the usual hummous or guacamole. When in temple mode I like to eat it spread it on rice cakes to give eating bread and butter a rest. Makes a nice starter with homemade flat bread served together with good quality olives.
This is a version of my favorite bean dip, and it's almost completely fat free!

Personal note: Using organic virgin Coconut oil in place of butter, really helps curb appetite in my own experience of eating these "cookies", amazing Coconut oil who knew?

Great basic recipe that you can dress up any way you like. The greek yogurt and lemon add a nice zest to the flavor.

Light and fluffy, easy to make. Really tasty with any meal. Great with butter and cinnamon sugar.
My sprouted version of "Mary's Gone Crackers". Takes a few days to sprout the quinoa and rice, but it's not a labor-intensive process at all.
