Ingredients

    2 cups white flour
    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup old fashioned oats
    1/3 cup light brown sugar
    3/4 cup canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp melted better

    Combine dry ingredients, then wet and beat/knead for 5 minutes. Let rise in a lightly greased bowl for 1 hour. Add melted butter, cinnamon and extra brown sugar into rolled out dough. Roll up cinnamon swirl style, place in loaf pan and let rise covered for 90 minutes. When risen, bake for 30 minutes at 350.
