Ingredients

3-C flour
3-tsp baking powder
1/2-tsp baking soda
1/2-tsp salt
1-C cold butter or margarine(2 sticks)
1-egg
1-C vanilla yogurt
1/2- tsp vanilla extract
2-tsp milk
sugar.
Tips
I bake it on a non-sided cookie sheet. Its rather hard to move after cutting. I also sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar rather than just plain.
Directions
Heat oven to 425*.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the egg, yogurt and vanills just until combined. Will be stiff. Turn onto a floured surface. knead 6-8 times.
Roll into a 9 inch circle. Place onto a ungreased cookie sheet. (preferably without sides) Using a pizza wheel cut into16 wedges. Brush tops with milk. sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425* for 12-15 min or golden brown. serve warm.
