Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

4 cups loose packed kale leaves (DO NOT USE STEMS)
    2 tbsp olive oil (approx)

    Sprinkle of salt
    various spices

    The spices I use are:
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder

Tips

This recipe is great to make with kids because it is so easy (no knives required!). It is easy to switch up based on the type of seasoning you add.

Directions

Rip kale leaves off of stems. Rip up leaves into bite sized pieces. Place pieces on a baking sheet, make sure your baking sheet is large enough so that the pieces are mostly in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil, and mix the pieces with your hands so that they are all evenly coated. Sprinkle salt and spices of your choosing over the kale pieces. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes until the kale is paper-like to the touch. BE CAREFUL! These can go from perfect to burnt very quickly! Start watching them once they have been in for 8 minutes.

Serving Size: 2 large or 4 small servings
