Ingredients
4 Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Soup 2 serving Minute Rice Instant Enriched Long Grain White Rice 5 min (serv= 1c cooked rice) 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 15 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 2.25 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 0.35 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Brown beef and drain grease off. Add prepared rice, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, onion cheese and cook peppers for 5 minutes. Add mixture into peppers. Cook for 25 minutes in 350'. Serving Size: 1 pepper
