1 cup Cocoa1 1/2 cup sugar1 1/2 cup water 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients well prior to heating. Heat to boil - try to maintain steady rolling boil for 2-5 minutes to thicken the sauce.

This is delicious! I replaced half the sugar with stevia, and it was still just awesome! I use it for hot chocolate, in oatmeal, and on low fat ice cream for a guilt free CHOCOLATE treat! I've made it twice so far, next time I'll replace 3/4 of the sugar with stevia for even fewer cal. Thx, Tammi! - 9/17/13
