Banana protein treat

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese, non-fat or low-fat1 medium banana1 scoop protein powder, your favourite flavour (I like this with caramel)
Directions
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth... then eat! Refrigerate the leftovers, and have them later or tomorrow.
