1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 1.5 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs 1 large Onions, raw 4 tsp Garlic 2 tbsp Olive Oil 10 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
put oil and onion in pot cook till tranlusant add garlic cook for one minute, then add chicken broth , spinach, and beans (I put one can cannellini beans) , cook for half hour then eat. I put a half cup cooked ditallini pasta that I cook separate in my bowl and put grated parmesan cheese on top (pasta and cheese not included in the calories add separate to how much you want to add.
