Vegetarian no chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
175 gram(s) Soyorganic Organic Extra Firm Tofu (by AJEREMA) 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 6 cup Vegetable Broth .25 cup Cornstarch 1.25 serving Meijer Yolk Free Extra Wide Egg Noodle (1-1/4C-Dry) (by CUSHING872) 5 tbsp Bragg All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning (by ICEDEMETER) 2 tbsp Butter, salted 5 tsp Garlic
Directions
Saute vegetables and garlic in butter for 10 minutes
Add stock and boil
Add tofu and season to taste
Add cornstarch and 1/4 cup water and boil 30 minutes.
