Chocolate Protein Muffins

Ingredients
432 grams Beans, black 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda 4 1tsp Coconut Oil .5 cup Maple Syrup 1 serving Slim Fast (Powder) High Protein Creamy Chocolate 1 serving Navitas Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g) 3 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray muffin tine with cooking oil or use muffin papers.
2. Place everything except the coconut into a blender or food processor and run until smooth. Scrape down the sides as necessary.
3. Pour into the muffin tins evenly. (Batter will be thin)
4. Top each muffin with coconut (if using).
5. Bake for 20- 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
6. Let cool 5 minute and then remove to a cooling rack.

Serving Size: 1/4 scoop of raw daw per muffin
