Maple Dijon Chicken

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Olive Oil4.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth0.33 cup Maple Syrup3.0 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)1.0 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce2.0 tbsp chopped Shallots2.0 clove Garlic
Directions
Cook chicken in hot water oil until slightly browned on each side. Remove chicken from pan. Add shallots and garlic, cook and until tender. Mix together broth, syrup mustard said and hot sauce. Cook in until the slightly of the thickened. Once thickened add chicken. Cover and let me know simmer for 15 minutes. Serving Size: 1 medium size thigh
