0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips0.5 cup Spinach, fresh
1. Chop up veggies ( spinach , onion, peppers and tomatoes).
2. Place an even amount of veggies in the muffin cups.
3. Scramble eggs and almond milk together.
4. Pour mixture evenly in the muffin cups.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of shredded cheese on each one.
Bake for 10-15 min in a 350 degree oven.
Serving Size: Makes 12 mad in a muffin pan
