Honey-Balsamic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
2 TBSP Avocado oil1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black pepper1 tsp Honey 1 tsp Soy Sauce 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar 8 Boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Brush the avocado oil all over the foil.
Place chicken on foil and sprinkle with salt & pepper
Drizzle with 2 tsp balsamic vinegar.
Bake for 40 minutes flipping halfway through.
Meanwhile mix honey, soy sauce & remaining balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
Turn the oven to broil and brush the sauce over the chicken.
Cook under the broiler for 5 minutes.
Remove, serve & enjoy!
