Whole Grain Mix for Hot Cereal

Ingredients
3 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 0.50 cup Wheat Berries, Nature's Earthly Choice Red Winter Wheat WG 1/4 C dry .5 cup Brown Rice, long grain .5 cup Millet 0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry .5 cup rye berries .5 cup Barley, pearled, raw
Directions
Mix grains together in a large bowl. To make cereal, add 1/3 cup to 1 cup boiling water and simmer, uncovered, until most of the water is absorbed. Turn off heat and cover. Let rest about 10 minutes. Add a variety of fresh fruits, nuts and seeds.
