Ingredients
3.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw16.0 oz Baby Carrots, Raw (Kroger, about 1 cup)3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw16.0 oz Deer Meat2.0 tsp Garlic powder3.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme0.12 cup Flour, white3.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw2.0 tsp Thyme, ground2.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
Directions
Cube deer and coat with flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in pan with oil. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, cook on low for 8 hours.
