Wild Rice and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
3 cup Wild Rice 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 3 cup Equality California Mix Frozen Vegetables (by LDEDWARDS1) 1 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat
Directions
1. Cook wild rice to package instructions.
2. Preheat oven to 375F
3. Once rice is cooked, mixed in mushroom soup. Add to bottom of 9x9 baking dish or similarly sized casserole dish.
4. Add enough frozen veggies to cover the rice mixture (usually close to a full small sized bag).
5. Cover with a cup of shredded cheese and bake for 30-40 min or until bubbling.
