La's Stuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh .5 cup White Rice, medium grain 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup Campbell's Tomato Soup 8 serving "Campbell's" Tomato Juice (8 oz) 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Ground Beef (extra lean)
Directions
brown beef and onion in pressure cooker until almost done. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Close pressure cooker lid and set on beef for 25 minutes.
