Ham Fried Rice 2016

Ingredients
0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 serving Dubuque Royal Buffet Ham 3 oz 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Nishiki Premium Grade White Rice 1 tbsp Green Onions (optional)1 tbsp Cilantro (optional)1 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive)
Directions
Chopped up red onion, green onions & cilantro, cut ham into cubes. Beat up one egg. When using leftover rice, loosen it before frying.

Heat up wok with oil. Sauteed the red onions & ham till a little brown. Then add in egg. Give it a few quick stir and add in rice. Stir fry till egg is done. Garnish with green onions & cilantro.
