4.5 serving Cheese, Mozzarella-Part Skim- 1/3 cup, Raley's Brand (by MCKELFAM) 0.25 cup Stella Shredded Cheese - 3 Cheese Italian (by LROZYLA) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw italian spices (I like basil, oregano, parsley - tsp or so of each)
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Pour onto non-stick baking mat, like a silpat. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. If you have 2 non-stick mats, after 15 minutes you can remove it from the oven, lie the other one over the crust, and flip it to toast the other side. Otherwise, it cooks just fine as is. Once it's done, put on your choice of toppings and warm it a few more minutes in the oven until the topping melts.
