6.0 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup)0.5 large Onions, raw3.0 cup, chopped Kale4.0 large Egg white, fresh2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable0.25 cup Borden Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese3.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded2.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 tsp Paprika1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
half olive oil in a pan, cook mushrooms, onions and kale, until well cooked.
in a bowl mix well eggs,almond milk, nutmeg, paprika and cheeses, add kale mix into the bowl.
place the mix in a square clear baking pan.
bake at 325° for 40 min
