1 tsp GARLIC & HERB 2 serving MRS. DASH ONION & HERB SALT FREE 2 serving KITCHEN BOUQUET 2 tbsp Olive Oil .03 cup Corn Starch 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 1 fl oz Red Wine
Directions
IN HEAVY SKILLET HEAT OIL, SPRINKLE IN CORN STARCH AND STIR TO INCORPORATE INTO OIL. COOK UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN, CAREFUL NOT TO BURN. SLOW ADD WATER A LITTLE AT A TIME STIR TO KEEP SMOOTH UNTIL ALL ADDED. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS STIR AS IT COOK UNTIL THICKENS .
