Ingredients
3 large Scrambled Egg 60 grams Cheddar Cheese 100 grams Beef chuck, arm pot roast 60 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 2 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
Directions
Place all together and mix well. Place in muffin tray and cook 180degrees Celsius for 15 mins.
