Potato Bake

Ingredients
250 mL Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow 0.50 tsp Pepper, black 1 leek Leeks 40 gram(s) Deen Ovengebakken Achterham 150 grams American Cheese 600 grams Potato, raw
Directions
Layer sliced potato, leeks and ham in a baking dish, adding mustard, pepper and cheese. Pour cream over the top and add a layer of cheese. (Optional: top with a small layer of breadcrumbs and/or parmesan cheese.)

Bake at 180C for approx. 45 minutes.
