Britt's Kale Bowl

1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa precooked.5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1 cup Califlower (RAW) 5 beans (4" long) Green Beans steamed (cooked before hand)1 cup steamed beets (cooked before hand)15 clove Garlic 3 cup, chopped Kale 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 fl oz Lemon Juice .25 cup raw almonds (unsalted)1 tsp. salt.25 cup, ground Almonds
Step 1: massage 2 tbsp olive oil into kale.
Step 2: heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in pan with garlic.
Add all vegetables, almonds and quinoa and stir fry in pan until warm.
Top with lemon juice, salt and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 3 large servings
