1 cup Silk - Vanilla Soy Milk 1 tbsp Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 31 gram Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein Vanilla (by TERRYBERRY11) 1.033 tbsp Molasses 1.3 serving Berries, Townsend Farm,TRIPLE BERRY BLEND,1c,(140g)pts0 3 tsp Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed 0.33 cup Cascadian Farm Oats & Honey Granola 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup, chopped Kale
Make sure fruit is frozen.
Set chia seeds and granola to the side
Mix remaining ingredients in a blender until desired consistency
scoop into a bowl
sprinkle chia seeds and granola on top and any other fruit you like
-OPTIONAL- To make thinner just add more soy milk or water
Serving Size: makes 2 -2.5 cups
