Cheesy Sausage and Croissant Casserole

12 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained 1.5 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese 0.5 tsp Onion powder 12 serving aldi mini croissants 3 cup Milk, 1% 8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup, shredded Gruyere Cheese
Cool sausage in skillet. Toss together sausage, Parmesan, onion powder, chopped croissants. Pour in to lightly greased 9x13 pan. Whisk Roger milk heavy cream and eggs. Pour over sausage mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Preheat oven to 350. Uncover casserole and top with gruyere. Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
